He plays guitar and sings and big deal who doesn‚t. But the real story is
he‚s invented a game called Scratch and Win that he plays with King
Tutankhamen. It works like this: Tut is rendered powerless by being
scratched on his back and/or all around his head area. Conscious of this
fact, Tut must defend himself vigorously against euphoric massage, less he
be perceived as vulnerable. So basically, if Dullum overcomes Tut‚s defenses
and debilitates him through message, Dullum wins. But if Tut gives Dullum a
scratch on the hand or arm that sufficiently pisses off Dullum, Dullum quits
in disgust and Tut wins.

Dullum‚s playbook revolves around the Thanksgiving Lock (Tut‚s back legs
resemble those of a turkey) followed by the Ancient Chinese Spa Treatment
Hold, which cripples the opponent via rubbing behind both cat ears
simultaneously, as well as around the cheeks. Tut‚s main defense against
these moves is the Circus Bear Technique. This has him sitting up on his
hind quarters, thereby blocking the Thanksgiving Lock, while both front legs
extend outward to fend off other advances. Here he employs lightning fast
claws and surprisingly sharp little teeth.

The popularity of Scratch and Win has inspired various other contests, such
as Collect All Four and Prison Fight.

Dullum is from Minneapolis by way of North Dakota, but lives in Santa
Barbara. Tut is from Solvang, Ca. There are no losers in Scratch and Win.
